Brazilian Man - Looking for Furnished Bedroom

I am a brazilian executive producer for entertainment projects. I'm quiting everything in Brazil to study in Capilano Uni an Advanced Enter and Arts Management for a yr.
Iam looking for a place to stay 1 mnth or 1 yr - it is all about the mood!
I'm a cultural enthusiastic - completely in love for new cultural aspects, and I believe I can show up a diferent view.
Very clean and studious, but I'll be looking for going out realllyyy often, that's why a friendly roommate would best fit. A good living experience is my main goal.
My first option is to stay in downtown, but I'm opened to talk about other neighborhoods.
