Seeking a roommate to share my studio apartment available, rent is $550 (all utilities included, heat, hydro, internet). .......... I have converted the dining room into a small private bedroom, (approx 9 x 5 feet), which is blocked off from the living room.
I have also blocked off a space in the living room, for my own room, no one sleeps in the living room. There is a hallway wardrobe allocated for your personal items.

Centrally located in the downtown area, close to a great supermarket, 24 hour drugstore, community centre, coffee shops, transit and the beach
