Master Bedroom w/ Private Bathroom (Furnished)

I'm looking for someone to sublet a room for the next 4 months (starting in January, but move in could be as early as December 22nd). The room is in a 3 bedroom, furnished apartment in the heart of West End. The rent is 850$/month, which includes all utilities and internet.
The apartment is steps from grocery stores, restaurants/bars, banks, coffee, library, gym, beaches...everything you could need! (Walkscore is a 96)
About us:
We are two young women. One is currently working for a company that helps produce TED events. I am studying graphic design at Emily Carr.
We work together to keep things clean, we are social and have friends over occasionally and keep late night noise to a minimum.
About you:
- All genders welcome!
- Able to stay for 4 months.
- Non-smoker
- Clean (with respect to your own mess and helping out around the house)
