Downtown Vancouver - Room for rent

One of my roommate is moving out of my apartment on February 1st so I got a small room available. 2 options, either you take the solarium or the den, basically both are the same size. Rent includes internet, water/heat, access to gym, sauna, jacuzzi and pool. The apartment is right next to chinatown station, it has balcony and it is pretty much a bit classy.
I don't care if it's male or female, I just need someone clean and responsible with the rent. I like having parties here very often so you might need to be in the same page. The room must be rented in a 10-months lease because I have a contract with my landlord so you're gonna have to be here from February 1st to November 31st.
We are both 21 years old students living the good life in Vancouver.
