Welcome To Vancouver, BC adventurous international students, 

We are a mature couple offering our lovely, warm and new house to you. 
We are looking for someone mature and responsible who is able to clean after itself and live as family. 
We have always shared our space with friends that consider family and now are willing to share our lovely home with you. 
We are a small family that communicate and take care of each other. 

We speak, English, Spanish, French and understand Italian, Portuguese and Hungarian. But we would love to learn about your language and your culture if you speak anything different that these. 

We are a very practical couple who love to drive and discover around BC, of course you are welcome to come with us but also We respect if you would like to have your own space and time with your friends. 

We love to go our with our friends for picnics, outdoor lunches/dinners, bbqs and ocassionally party. You are also welcome to come with us. 

On a quiet nite we love to watch movies and eat popcorn and chocolate. You are free to sit with us or watch a movie in your room, or you could do both. Anyhow, We respect peoples choices. 

One of us is an meat eater and the other one is an almost vegan, as you can see we are respectful to each others preferences, the same way We are open to your diet requirements if you have any allergies or preferences. 

It is $770 for the queen bed It is $760 for the double bed room. 

You have your one (queen or Double) bed, study desk, side table and wardrobe.
