I'm looking for a roommate to share my 4 1/2 apartment starting from July 1st. The apartment is a new 950 sq ft unit located in Rosemont, right next to Maisonneuve Park and a 12-minute walk from a metro station. The rent is $1010 + internet and electricity (approximately $1050 per month). All appliances are included, and except for the bedroom, it will already be fully furnished. The bedroom has great brightness thanks to its large window and comes with a walk-in closet. Additionally, since there are two bathrooms, you could have your own! The apartment is part of a new phase of rental condos, which offers several advantages: secure entry, two fitness rooms, an indoor and outdoor pool, a rooftop terrace and event room for rent.

Nearby, there is the Olympic Village, a golf course, as well as several grocery stores and restaurants. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

I am looking for a calm, respectful, organized person who communicates easily: qualities that are essential, in my opinion, for harmonious cohabitation in a shared living space. Ideally, I am looking for a student or young professional in their twenties like myself.
