Multidisciplinary designer looking to rent for a minimum of 3 months at least!

Hi there, my name is Patil and I'm an Armenian-Lebanese multidisciplinary designer and visual artist. In June, I will be moving to Montreal and will attend Concordia university starting September to pursue a masters in design and computation arts. I am looking to share a room in a cozy apartment where we can all easily share a friendly living space, a few drinks and meals every now and then. Having a cat around in the flat is a big plus! I have been a host on Airbnb for the last 2 years, renting out my spare bedroom so I know all about keeping the house clean and organized, and I am great company! My preference goes to living with 2 to 3 flatmates maximum and mostly women. I am looking for a sunny spacious bedroom with a built in closet and a desk space, having its own private bathroom will be highly appreciated. Ideally, the commute from the apartment to Concordia university should be 15-20 min max by metro. Hit me up if you think we are a match!
