(Looking for a female roommate)
I have a room available in a 4 1/2 (2 bedrooms and a bathrom). The Appartement will be furnished so worries, except your room.
There is a huge balcony as the unit is on the rooftop ! The apartment is very bright and the views on the mont royal (the sunset will be right if front of us).
The building is 5 min walk from Concordia and 2 min from the metro and bus lines, located in the heart of downtown (st-Marc street) It includes :

About myself : I'm a 20 yo student a Concordia, studying therapeutic recreation. I'm very laid back and sociable therefore very easy to get along with. I like sharing moe than just the rent my my roommate(s), as much as I like my alone time. I'm very clean, and respectful of others private space. I love discovering new places, learning about new cultures and open minded.
