Appartement meublé et équipé (frigo, four, télévision...). La chambre comporte un lit, un bureau pour travailler et beaucoup de rangements. Le loyer inclut le chauffage, la wifi et un service de nettoyage toutes les deux semaines.

Le colocataire actuel reste jusqu'en décembre. C'est un anglais super sympa et très facile à vivre ! Il fait son propre pain ;)

Reprise de bail jusqu'à fin août. Bail renouvelable.

Furnished and equipped (fridge, oven, TV). Tge bedroom has a bed, a desk for working and plenty of storage space. Rent includes heating, wifi and bi-weekly cleaning service.

The current flatmate is staying until December. He's a really nice English guy and very easy to get along with! He bakes his own bread ;)

Lease taken over until end of August. Lease renewable.
