34 year old Aussie looking for a new home!

I'm a girl in her early 30s that works full time, generally regular hours :)

I'm pretty social, need some alone time now and then but am not a recluse! I like to hike, ski and do yoga as well as go out to gigs and bars, see friends, do art stuff, dancing etcetera etcetera etcetera!!

Was living in Kits and loved it there, moved away and miss the ocean so looking for the West End or Kits, or downtown. Just something to get me back into feeling like I live in Vancouver. I've been near commercial and love it but it's too close to my work for comfort!

I've shared lots of houses & apartments in my time on the planet so I think I'm pretty housetrained by now, plenty of references available!

Currently in a 1 bedroom apartment, so I have my own furniture, can contribute to a house, or selling the couch etc is an option too, I'd want to keep my bed though :)
