My name is Beth! I am looking for a lovely human to fill my lovely apartment, and my guess is you're looking for a room. Yes? Fantastic! I'll tell you more!

I am a queer female in my mid twenties. I moved to Vancouver from Toronto about a year ago now with plans to stay in Vancouver, and this apartment long term. I work part time at a juice bar not too far from my place. On my days off I spend a lot of time drawing, writing and seeking out new music; every now and again I go for a jog, a yoga class or a hike. I am a very easy going and open minded; I am open about sex and sexuality--in fact, I'm a pretty open person in general.
I'm not a party animal, I like my alone time, but I do enjoy lower key hang outs; I'm a casual drinker, non pet owner, non smoker (I'm okay with pets and okay with smokers, but the apartment is smoke free!) I'm not a clean freak, but do keep the apartment pretty tidy out of respect for everyone, and value open communication!

The apartment is a cozy basement; we would share bathroom, kitchen and living room. Your room is the bigger of the two, and comes with most of what you see in the photos (including the bed). Most of what you would need in the kitchen is already here. I am open to bringing in new furniture or greenery to make the space even cozier.
Rent is $700, and the room is available Dec. 1st.
