Looking for roomates in a shared house

We are a shared house of happy and creative folks, mostly in our 20’s. Our spacious house consists of 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 kitchens, and 2 living rooms (yes it's 3 baths, 3 kitchens, and 2 living rooms), enough for everyone to get along without getting under each other’s skin! Plus, we are all responsible and clean.
We have a room opening up on May 1, and we’re looking for you, an inspiring and community minded individual to join us in our spirit of creation. We just started a veggie garden in the front and, in the back, we have a garage which we are cleaning out to use as a jam space for playing music. One of our living rooms is designated as an arts and crafts space.
Our space is located conveniently in Hastings-Sunrise, with close access to Hwy 1, a Sikh Temple which offers free dinners, Bon's for breakfast, a Walmart, Whole foods (non-GMO you know that), Superstore, Rupert and Renfrew Skytrain stations, and the 99 B-line bus.
So you'll live with 7 of us, 2 couples, We are made up of Canada, Brazil, England, Taiwan and France, we love hiking, travel, music (2 musicians), art and craft (graphic designers and carpenter) also beer pong!
We are asking $750 for an individual, or $850 for a couple., plus damage deposit You get a room downstairs with retro brick floors, a huge closet, and adjacent to the spacious 60’s style living room.
