One spacious room in a lovely shared house (Dunbar/Kitsilano)

Hi there!

We're a German couple and two single French girls, working professionals in our early 30s who like to cook, spend some time outside, take photos maybe even shoot some movies, brew some stuffs and entertain so if you like French beer and German wine (or the contrary!) and you' re looking for a homy friendly international pack then you might be our new housemates!

Our house has lots of common space including a living room (with fireplace), dining room and a well-stocked kitchen (the place-to-be), a deck behind the house and front and back yards (complete with veggie garden). Located around 20th and Blenheim St. We're walking-distance from both Broadway and Dunbar for shopping, food and drinks and stops along the 2, 7, 22, 25 and 33 bus routes. We're 25-35 min away from downtown and only 10 min to UBC by bus. Fairly close to Wreck and Jericho Beach too!

We currently have one big room available:

The Danish Rugbrød Room (available Mar 1st, furnished)

Rent: $ 860/month plus utilities (double occupancy, or $760 single occupancy).

This light and spacious room is all furnished with a large bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a bedside table and plenty of storage room. The bathroom next door is only shared with a French girl.

Couples are preferred to keep the "family" spirit but singles are welcome too!
