Upcoming college graduate looking for a room starting July.

I'm an upcoming college grad looking for a place to move in July. I'm hoping for a decent commute (< 30 mins) to the Lechmere stop and rent south of $1,150. I'm open to a roommate or two, especially those with cats - dogs doubly so!
My weekends will be spent visiting my wonderful girlfriend or vice-versa but I'm down to chill on the weekdays. I'm into baking, building things out of my bare hands, singing out loud, and coveting pretty notebooks and pens. I cook all the time and have a tendency to vent out my frustrations by cleaning.
