Beautiful private bedroom Union Square Somerville

I am looking for someone to share my beautiful Union Square apartment with my partner while I am away for work this spring.

The room is 15” by 15” and is furnished with a bed, dresser, comfortable armchair, desk and desk chair, and a stereo with record player. There is also a closet in the bedroom. The rest of the apartment is open to full use by the renter – large living room with television, large eat-in kitchen, and back porch with garden and grill.

Union Square in Somerville is just a short walk or bus ride from Harvard, Kendall (MIT), Central, and Inman Squares. 25-30 minutes by foot to Harvard or Kendall (MIT), or 10 minutes by bus. Numerous subway stops can be reached by a short walk or bus ride. Biking makes everything easily accessible as well – and the renter will be welcome to use my bike.

Union Square is bustling neighborhood with lots of excellent restaurants, bars, and cafés. Columbus Ave. is a very quiet residential street just adjacent to the Square. There is a Korean market (Reliable Market) in the Square, and a large grocery store at about a 5-10-minute walk. There is also a Target at about a 10-minute walk away.

Rent is $950. Wifi and electricity are included in the rental price. A rental contact with all details will be provided.
