My roommate and I are looking to sublet a large third bedroom we have in our quaint Andrew Sq apartment. The sublease would be from May 1st thru Aug 31st. Rent is $1200/mo, not including utilities. Would require first/last/security. We can talk about utilities with the right person as it fluctuates during winter/summer but it is never more than about 50/mo for gas/electric and internet is 30/mo. There is a bus stop in front of our place, and Andrew Sq station is diagonally across the street. We have washer/dryer in unit, 1 full bathroom, kitchen/dining area and living room. Our apartment is on the first floor, we have a small back patio for our use as well.
We are looking for a young professional female. Likes to have fun, social, and responsible! Someone who pays bills on time is a must! No drama please!
Your roommates- two young professional females. We both work from home sometimes, someone will always be around to hang! One is in the liquor industry and the other is in environmental studies industry. We like to work out and cook, usually we are both home at the same times so we like to hang together.
