I am a future (January) student/full time employee looking for something long-term closer to my school and employment!

Hi! My name is Liv, I'm from Winnipeg, MB, originally currently living on the North Shore. I am currently working full time until January, where I will switch to part-time and will also be going to school part time. I consider myself easy going, respectful, open-minded, and overall a good person to be around! ALSO would like to add that I am fine with furnished or unfurnished (preferably unfurnished), either an apartment or house, and am also fine with smoking (outside) and pets, I just don't do/have either myself.
