I just decided to move in a new house for Dec 1st and my current room is up for grabs. My roommate is looking for a nice girl to share the space with her and another girl (and her cat). The bedroom is upstairs and is fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, a dresser, and a closet. You would be sharing the upstairs bathroom with the 3rd roommate. The living room and the kitchen are fully equipped, so it's perfect for a person with a little to no furniture. There is also a nice courtyard where we like to hang out in the summer. Very convenient location as it is only 3 min walk from the Commercial-Broadway skytrain station, Safeway, and the numerous stores, bars and restaurants that commercial drive has to offer. It's also 1 min walk from Trout lake. $565 monthly (including utilities). Available Dec 1st. Damage deposit is $250.
