Hello! My lovely roommate and friend is getting married and moving out. This is for her master bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment to move in on July 1st (possibly 6/29 or 6/30). This is a long term rental for 6 months or longer. Please no students on internships or summer sublets. No Pets. Hospital employees welcomed! Please read all of the below so no one wastes anyone’s time.

You’ll be rooming with just me. I am seeking a like-minded professional like myself. Please have a real job, be clean, an adult, 420-friendly and easy going.

I will be showing the apartment this weekend and Memorial Day Monday, please contact me to schedule a viewing. Rent is $1,125. This price includes utilities (gas, electric, Spectrum cable and internet) Utilities typically run between $225-$300 depending on the month and since everything is in my name, it’ll just be easier to pay one flat rate for everything.
