Just moved from Canada, looking for a shared home in NY. Professional digital analyst working for a creative agency in SoHo.

I'm 38 y/o from Toronto, just transferred with my company to NY on a 2-year contract (I've been with them already 3 years). I'm a digital analytics manager working for a creative agency at our office in SoHo.

We're looking:
- For one or two rooms (for us) in an apartment shared with 1 other roommate
- Ideally starting Dec 15 or Jan 1; possible to start Dec 1
- In Brooklyn (Brooklyn Heights, Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Williamsburg, Prospect Heights, Gowanus, Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, Crown Heights, Bed/Stuy or Bushwick) or Manhattan (UES/UWS and south or Morningside Heights)
- Either furnished or unfurnished
- Pluses: private bath (full or half), laundry in-unit, access to outdoor space, A/C
- Super bonus: space for our 3 rabbits (else they'll stay in Toronto)

Our situation:
- We're friendly and outgoing, but at home usually quiet homebodies, we're clean and enjoy cooking, wine, travel, board games and technology
- We've been in our building (a Co-op) in Toronto 10 years, in our current unit for 5 years (also 5 years in the previous unit)
- We always pay rent + utilities on time, happy to provide references
- Both non-smokers
