Awesome, large furnished room in 4 br duplex in the heart of Bushwick!

Hey all,

I have a semi-furnished bedroom open in a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom duplex at Willoughby and Wilson, in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn. This is for January 1. The building was constructed 3 years ago. The bedroom is huge with lots of closet space. The room can easily fit a queen bed, desk, etc. and is 12ft x 12ft roughly. Comes with 1 black 4 drawer dresser, 1 queen bed platform, and 1 black nightstand. Most rooms have no space, but this place has plenty! Rent is 1200 per month plus utilities (gas, internet, electric).
2 bathrooms are located upstairs (each side typically uses the bathroom closest to their room) and the 1/2 bathroom is located on the bottom floor where the kitchen, common space is. The kitchen has full appliances and a dishwasher! There is in building laundry and trash. Additional small storage room in the basement. There is ROOF access with an amazing view of the city. Close to the Jefferson/Morgan L and Central M train stops. TONS of new restaurants, delis and bars in the area. I have lived in this building for 3 years and love it and the neighborhood (which is safe and full of colorful people). If you don't know about Bushwick yet, watch HBO or pick up a magazine, this neighborhood is blowing up and is full of artists, musicians, and professionals.

Current roommates are employed in fashion/architecture, tech and publishing industries. Looking for a quiet, employed professional --no couples, pets or drama. Will start showing the room first week of December.

Preferred tenant will sign a notarized agreement stating that they will solely be responsible for the rent until end of lease (June 1) with the option to renew and be added on the lease. Building management will add potential tenant to the online payment portal, which makes paying rent super easy!
