Native New Yorker seeking chill roommates and a nice place to come home to!

I'm a 30 y/o native New Yorker (okay, I grew up mostly in Westchester), Columbia University grad, and I currently reside in Williamsburg. I'm a Virgo, if that means anything. I work full-time as a Paralegal and Executive Assistant at Gawker Media and I also do marketing part-time for a small nightclub in the Lower East Side.

I DJ for fun (house/techno) but keep the gigs to a minimum (2-3x/month) and the parties outside of the apartment. Other hobbies include cooking, exercising, netflix/chilling.

I get along with most people, tend to keep to myself/bedroom during the work week and I’ll pop out to socialize on the weekends. I'm house-trained, keep common areas clean, pay rent on time, and am all about open communication to keep things zen on the home front.
