4 1/2 apt - double room/bedroom - living room - kitchen - bathroom - furnished - $750 monthly - 3 months - AVAILABLE FROM JAN.11th - APRIL 5th * ALL INCLUDED = (internet, cable, heating, telephone land line) Close to public transport. Ideal for a couple or for someone who does not want roommates.

A Deposit for the full amount is required as well as ID and documentation. I will write out a sublet agreement. I am a tenant, not a landlord, hence this information is required in order for me to sublet and for insurance purposes. A visit/meeting is required beforehand - dates can be slightly flexible give or take a few days/weeks. If you would like to move in earlier, I can give you my room and I will sleep on the couch until my departure on the 11th.

I will be travelling during this period so in addition to keeping the apt. clean, you would be responsible for watering my plants and taking in my mail. We will be able to keep in contact via facebook or e-mail if you have any questions or concerns.
