I need a female (preferably) to take over my spot in a spacious one bedroom in Westwood (UCLA). The entire apartment is about 800 square feet. Rent is 1700/month, so your share would be half of that. Lots of closet space, water and trash (and cable) included, utilities low. Parking is available, if needed. You'll have a cool girl- my sister- as your roommate :)
There's also a laundry room in the building, and tons of shopping/cafes/theaters/bars/etc in walking distance as the apartment is in Westwood Village.
If you like the place, you can take over the lease after June.
