I am a professional looking to live in Manhattan or Brooklyn in a true 2 bedroom apartment. Ideally, with winged/boxed bedrooms, a full bathroom, and no more than a 30-35 minute commute to my office in midtown west.

Hi! Living in Westchester and working in midtown NYC. Looking for a roommate who is a busy professional like myself, who tends to socialize outside of the apartment, and who doesn't have many guests or a live in significant other/third roommate :P I am really kind, considerate, and responsible. I always clean up after myself and never leave a mess in the common areas. I'm a good communicator and want to have open, honest communication with my roommate, perhaps even become friends! Huge animal lover, not much of a cook, go to sleep early and wake up early during the week, lay low on weeknights, go out on weekends occasionally, don't drink much, don't smoke, don't do drugs. Looking for a roommate with a similar lifestyle. I am somewhat of a homebody and an introverted extrovert. I like my space and privacy, but I don't mind socializing sometimes. My hope is for wherever I live to be a quiet, relaxing place to hang out. The most I can afford to spend per month, including utilizes, is about $1300-$1350 including utilities.
