Furnished Room - Prime location in Brooklyn

Hey guys!

I am looking for a roommate for 2 bedroom apartment to move in August 1. Short or long stay welcome.

The room available is fully furnished with a queen size bed, 2 chest of drawers, mirror, and an extra rolling rack if needed. The room has a floor to ceiling closet, a large window and hardwood floors. There is great natural light as there is a large window. Rent is $1,250 plus internet and ConEd.

Living room has a large couch that opens into a queen size bed for guests and a large plasma TV. The apartment was renovated a year ago and is still in great condition. Kitchen is fully equipped with a new refrigerator, stove top oven, microwave, wooden cabinets and everything you may need as far as cooking tools, pots, pans, plates..etc. Bathroom has new toilet, tub and sink.

The building is pet friendly and I have 2 small cats - Timmy and Freddy. You can see them in the photos, they are super sweet, friendly and clean.

I am clean and organized, work full time Mon - Friday so I like to keep the apartment peaceful and quiet during the week.

The neighborhood is awesome!

Laundry and supermarket is around the corner. Great restaurants,cafes and bars around the corner; Cinnamon Girl, Civil Service Cafe, Fancy Nancy, Black Swan, Stonefruit cafe, Bombay Heights, Pilar, Speedy Romeo's, Marietta's.... I can go on but then what will we talk about?

Von King park is 1 block away which is nice for running, picnics..etc.

The G train is ON THE CORNER! Very quick to get to the city. You can also take a 10 minute walk down to the A or C but the G is very reliable during the week!
