I am a young IT professional renting a very spacious room in Inwood for $900. This includes Wi-fi and shared common cozy areas [We will split the electric bill]. First month and one month deposit to move in.

The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. I am seeking a respectful and responsible individual who values personal development, people, life and hard work. College Students, young professionals welcomed.

4/20 allowed as long as it doesn't invade the entire apartment and don't bring the party home. Occasional overnight guests are okay as long as they are respectful and don't indulge in drama.

Your roommates:
I work in the IT industry and I indulge in live music and fitness. (female)

Your room:
Spacious, can easily fit in a queen size bed, a desk and 5 dressers if you like. The room has a spacious closet. Two windows. Furnished or unfurnished, your choice.

The neighborhood:
Safe and close by: Starbucks, Inwood Hill Park, The Cloisters Museum, Fort tyrone park, Dyckman strip filled with Brunch restaurants, Public Library. Many live music bars. New York-Presbyterian/The Allen Hospital

1 train local and A train express to 207 street. (35 minutes to Time Square)
