Hi!

There is gonna be a free room, starting beginning of March, in this great apartment on 100th street and 1st avenue, between Upper East Side and East Harlem. The bedroom has a king size bed, desk and huge closet.

The 4,5,6 subway lines are at a 7 minute walking distance on 96th street or 103rd street and there is the m15 bus stop just 2 minutes away. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets close by.

The apartment has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and big living room with a huge TV. It also has plenty of storage space in the hallways. The other roommates are really cool people, all students or young workers and mainly European.

Rent is 1195 + utilities
