I'm a 25 year old SFU graduate (theatre performance major, history minor), recently returned form 7 months in Australia!

I'm interested in moving into the East Van/ Mt Pleasant area (but not opposed to branching out) for May 1, hoping to pay around $800/mo.
I'm a 25 year old recent Theatre/ History graduate from SFU. I've spent the last 7 months living in Melbourne, but I've come home to start a degree in Child and Youth Care at Douglas in the fall.
