I'm a 25yo French young professional looking for a flat to share in Central Toronto for 10-12 months with at least 2 roommates and starting Sept, 1rst 2017. My budget is max CA$ 1000 per month with everything included (internet, laundry, etc.).

I'm a very easy going person, sociable, curious, open-minded. I'm not a party animal but I do like having social activities and fun sometimes which includes going out, meeting people around, having some drinks, a homemade diner or a French "apéro".

I'm serious and reliable with anything related to rent payments or facing responsibilities. I do care about cleanliness and tidiness but I'm not freak about that neither.

I will be working office hours. I would like to find a place that I could call home. A place with good vibes between flatmates, jokes, casual talks, co-cooking sessions and even sometimes debates or serious discussions. Multicultural flatmates would be a real plus then :) I do speak Spanish, French and English. I'm looking my Brazilian Portuguese - which is awful.
