Large DEN available in waterfront condo, March 1st

Yo yo yo,

So the 'Soaker House' is looking for a new roommate to occupy the den and replace yours truly. This fun pad is up for grabs for at least a 6 month(negotiable) sublet. I'm moving out in early March and I'm looking for a young male/female to take my room. You'll be living with two very fun male/female student roommates. The condo faces the water as you can tell by the photos, and is in a great area. There is an outdoor pool and bbq area which is great during the summer.

- Large Den available from early March(flexible) till september
- Option to extend lease in September
- Large 2+den Condo with 2 balconies, two bathroom, washer/dryer, fully furnished and stocked up kitchen with every saauwce and condiment imaginable(we pride ourselves on this).
-Outdoor/indoor pool with newly renovated changerooms and steam room. Billiards, movie room, and gym downstairs.
- Hydro included
- $13 p/m for internet
- The Den is quite large and comes with a double bed and clothes racks/drawers.
- 5min to Union, 3 min to longos/lcbo, 10min to steam whistle brewery/CN Tower but most importantly 30sec to Pizza Pizza
- MUST be fun, outgoing, and sociable as the current vibe in the condo reflects these qualities.
- Must be clean, respectable, but also outgoing.
