Hi! I'm looking to sign the lease of a 4 bed 2 bath apt for September 1st, and we still need 2 people. The apt has a big living room and kitchen. Heat and hot water included, with NO FEE (rare for a 4 bed apt). Just one block away from the D line, 2 stops away from Longwood (Brookline Hills). Laundry in the building. There are 2 available bedrooms $900-$950 as one is a bit smaller. I'm a MD from Chile doing a research fellowship in Boston Children's Hospital, and I live with my fiance (Jafet) who is also an MD and is starting research fellowship now at MGH. We would be getting one room, and the other room would be for a very good friend of mine, Swati, she is from India and did her MBA here in BU and is working now in Boston as well.
