For GIRLS only: looking for June 1st take over of lease

Hi All,

I'm moving out of my apartment and am looking for someone to take over my lease. This is a great location for BU School of Public Health, Medicine and Dental students (10 minute bus ride) or 10 minute T ride to MGH or Tufts. It's a one bedroom in 4 bedroom/1bathroom apartment. I am looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease starting June 1, who can also choose to renew the lease when it ends July 31. Rent is $775 per person ($3100 total) until the end of July. The room is quiet and faces a backyard where the neighbors cat plays on the backstairs from time to time. You can also see the tennis courts from the room.
Its an all girls apartment, so girls only please.
Utilities not included, but the electric and heating bill don't come out too much split between 4 people. Internet is only $5 per person as it is split between the building.
3-minute walk to Andrew station on the Red Line.
Target, Stop & Shop, TJMAxx, Marshalls, Bank of America, Home Depot, Office Mas are a 10 minute walk at the South Bay plaza or you can take the No. 10 bus from Andrew. A couple of convenience stores located within a block away, along with Red Line Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, a dollar store, and a couple of restaurants.
The beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment, where you can also choose to take a quick run along the ramp.
Everything is furnished in the bathroom, kitchen and living room, you would only need to furnish your room. Coin operated washer and dryer are in the basement. The landlord does not accept pets, unfortunately.
