Young Graduate looking for furnished room

Hi!

I am moving back to the States after spending the last 22 years in Chile. I'm 24 years old and just graduated from Business Administration in Santiago and am looking for a place to stay and start a new life.

Any room around 02115 is fine by me, I could move in any time around mid/late June. I'm very responsible and clean, very easy to get along with (know Spanish for anyone interested in learning) and extremely respectful.

Already looking for part-time jobs around town so I'd be out most of the day. I can pay up to $600 plus utilities. Non smoker, love sports and being outside. My girlfriend would be visiting from London when I move in but only for 3 weeks, it would be nice to have her stay. She's awesome and even cleaner than me.
