Yo! Neat place in Notre-Dame/Guy close to Concordia University for a Maximum of 500$/Mo

Hey! I'm looking for two roommates (Don't necessarily have to be together) to take up a room in this lil' apartment on Notre-Dame. It is close to the ETS and Concordia to a lesser extent. We have a Metro (supermarket) a block away from the house and the maximum price would be around 550$. Normal rent is 455$, but we pay hydro/electricity and internet which can get rather expensive near the winter. But we never payed more than 550$.

I'm a Musician so I'd be playing the guitar/piano, but I usually play them in my room and the sound gets rather muted. I don't care about noise and i'm not particularly anal about cleanliness.
