Williamsburg Room Sublet - March 1 Move-In (343 Broadway)

Hello fellow sublet-hunters! I'm moving out soon so I'm looking for someone (preferably female) to fill in a third room in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Williamsburg (343 Broadway). The room is available to sublet from March 1 to August 31 (6 months), with an option to renew the sublease agreement.

I spent 6 months there and I really enjoyed it; it's a spacious, fully furnished apartment in a convenient location (Marcy JMZ and Hewes JM one block away). Wooden flooring throughout, and your room comes with a twin-sized bed, built-in closet, large window and a newly fitted AC/Heat unit. I especially liked the window because of constant sunlight and a nice sill to keep your things on. It's an elevator building with a chill rooftop deck. No laundry onsite but a couple laundromats are within a block's reach. You're steps away from tons of restaurants (Dotory is literally downstairs), bars, multiple grocery stores and banks in the Williamsburg/Bedford area. I also loved that this was just a stop out of the city.

You'll be sharing the apartment with 2 other people (one female, 28, journalist and second male, 25 digital marketer) with rooms of their own. They keep the space clean, get along well and are looking for someone polite, tidy and respectful!

To secure the room, you need to pay $1200 as one month's rent and $2134 as the standard deposit. Utilities (WiFi, electricity, gas, heat) aren't included but usually amount to $50-60 per month. Let me know when you can come by to check the place out!
