Spacious Room Available in South Slope

Hi! We have a room opening up in our beautiful apartment in South Slope (a block away from the R train stop Prospect Ave) which will be available starting February 1st. The room is spacious (measures 10 x 11 ft) and is located facing the backyard with two big windows. Our unit (a duplex) includes two bathrooms and has a huge backyard along with free laundry. You will be sharing the space with three other roommates. The entire building was renovated last year and the landlord is really responsive/great. The rent is $1125, not including utilities (~$45 a month).

I am a masters student getting my statistics degree who also works for a music company. I love going to DIY shows, making comics, and cooking when I have the time. I am dating one of the other roommates, who has a separate room in the house. During the day, Matt works as an investigator for the CCRB, a city agency that investigates allegations of police misconduct. In his free time, he loves stand-up comedy, science fiction, cooking, and silly videogames. Our other roommate, Nicole is a project manager for a survey research company. In her spare time, she plays fiddle (often practicing in her room) and performs improv. She is equal parts homebody and out with friends during the week. We are all very clean and courteous of one another, but also enjoy catching up during the week when we cross paths.
