Spacious bedroom in BedSty - Roommate wanted!!!

We have one spacious private bedroom (13'-6"x10'-3") available. In total it is a 3-bedroom/2-full bathroom apartment, completely renovated (including the kitchen and bathroom with its facilities). Washer and dryer are in the basement of the building, parking on the street, 0.4 miles to the G-train Classon Ave stop. The apartment also has a large private terrace where a bbq is ready for a night with friends and good food. There is central heating/cooling n the apartment and grocery shopping and parks are right nearby.
We are flexible with showing the apartment and would like someone to move in December 1st or asap. If we get along, you will have to apply through management and get approved, which is not too complicated. Let us know if you have any questions or would like to see the place.

Currently living in the house, a German-Israeli couple in the late 20's, both working as engineers in Manhattan. Usually our jobs keep us very busy during the week, so that we just relax on the weekends or explore new stuff going on in New York. The third roommate, a friend of ours, a full time bartender and is very easy going as well. I, for example like to do arts and crafts or be outside whenever the sun is shining, love hot chocolate and to cook. On a lazy weekend we try out the cafes in our neighborhood. If you are of a similar mind we would like to share the apartment with you.
