Short term sublet / Small bedroom + private living room in Noho / East Village

Location is amazing: next to Astor Place / 3 minutes walk to 6, N, Q, R trains - 8 minutes walk to the L train, two blocs from the best bars of the village, Soho and its shops, Washington Square Park / NYU, West Village, etc. If you are new to New York or visiting that’s a great place to stay because you can walk to a lot of amazing places.

The apartment is a railroad apartment. My roomate and I have each of us our own small living area in addition to our room. We share the kitchen and the bathroom but they are on my side of the apartment which means most of the time you feel like you are alone in a one bedroom. Very quiet and clean space, we want someone to stick to that rule.

The bedroom is small and has a wall with a 12 inches gap at the top because of fire regulations. You won’t be bothered by the noise because my roomate is very quiet. Big closet in the room and full bed. Will make space for your stuffs.

The big advantage of this place is that in addition to the bedroom you got you own private living space (closed by a curtain if you want to) with a couch, a small desk, table, yoga mat area. You have also the big kitchen/dining area next to your living room and my roomate is almost never in it as he does not cook. Bathroom has an actual bath which is so nice.

Great location, two rooms just for you, quiet and clean, what else?

I am away from 20th of July until 9th of august. You can stay shorter than that but I want someone at least 15 days. Price is 40$/day which is a great deal for the area. Will ask you a 100$ deposit also.
