Seeking creative open-minded roommate to share my house

Roommats wanted to share living space in a house in the stockyards neighbourhood by Rogers and Weston Road

The Basics…
- 3 Bedroom house plus two Art Studios, two living rooms.
- Washer and Dryer
- Central Air, Hard wood floors
- Outdoor Bike Parking and driveway parking available,
- Your rent: $600/month each utilities included
- Backyard attaches to a park
- 24 hour transit line and just a 20 min bus ride to the subway
- Deep bath and newly renovated stone/natural looking bathroom
- Outdoor Hot tub and fire pit

You would be a great match if…
- Friendly and respectful yet chill with a sense of humour
- Creative and/or alternative in nature
- Preferably a non-smoker (no smoking in the house)
- Not a dog owner, as I am thinking of getting two kittens if there are no pets from roommates
- GLBTQ friendly, open minded, anti-racist, environmentally conscious, etc
- Willing to share in household chores and maintenance, Responsible about cleaning up after you in common spaces.

A little bit about me…
- I consider myself a creative individual who simply tries my best to enjoy life as much as I can
- I enjoy drawing, horror films, special effects makeup, going to events and shows, food, and staying active.
- I enjoy a wide range of music including Punk, Industrial, Swing/Big Band, and Psychobilly.
