You will share the appartment with 3 other mostly french nice young people (a new one arriving in August), so you will be 4 in total.

It is a very nice neighbourhood, with a lot of parks, but also cafes and restaurants (especially on rue Bernard and Saint Viateur). Metro is very close and the bus stop is just in front of the door. Shopping of all kinds is also just around the corner.

Rent includes everything (water electricity internet and fixed net phone). Perfectly located for HEC, Politechnique and University of Montreal.
