Small room (800) or large room (1000) to rent in a beautiful and quiet 2 bedroom near Jacques Cartier Bridge. Room is in a furnished apartment. 800 or 1,000 per month and available Jan 1. Internet incl. hydro is dependent on usage. No dogs but cats are ok (not my rules, sorry). Smoking is ok outside.
Apartment has Fridge, stove, dishwasher and laundry. Heat and air conditioning are there too but the apartment was very cool even during a heatwave. Other selling points are the large bath and huge private outdoor space.
You will be living with me, 30 years old queer male. I'm laid back and easy to get along with. I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy, there is a little mess in the video but that's moving out stuff. Any questions let me know!
