FURNISHED ROOM FOR RENT: JANUARY - END OF JUNE

I graduate this semester and will be moving away from Montréal, so my room is available beginning 1 January 2016 (but I will be away for the holidays so if you would like to move in earlier, that is totally possible).

The apartment:
-located in Lower Plateau, around St. Laurent and Sherbrooke, just a 15 minute walk from McGill…also within a five minute walk from both the orange and green lines of the metro
-the kitchen and bathroom were renovated just a few years ago, and are both in great condition
-stainless steel appliances in the kitchen including a dishwasher!
-the bathroom is quite spacious for what you usually find in Montréal, and there is a washer AND dryer (both less than 4 years old)
-3 bedrooms, two of which will be occupied by my two lovely roommates of two years
-there is also a spare room, which has a futon that is perfect for guests
-the living room has a couch, armchair and doubles as our eating area as you can see from the photos
-the building is pretty old (pre-war to my knowledge) but our apartment has been well maintained, with nice base molding, doors that match the original style, and lovely hardwood floors

The room:
-located in the rear of the unit, so it’s super quiet
-large window that lets in plenty of light throughout the day, but especially in the afternoon (it faces west)
-comes completely furnished, with a 2-year old bed with mattress and mattress topper, a chest of drawers, a large desk with drawers and shelves, a desk chair, and a wall mirror
-also available to use if you want: gently used but incredibly warm goose down duvet, quiet oscillating fan

The price: $623.33 per month plus utilities (electricity and wifi together come out to about $50 per person per month)
