FEMALE ROOMMATE WANTED FOR LARGE, BRIGHT 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT IN HEART OF DOWNTOWN

My roommate is moving out and I am looking for someone to share the apartment and rent with! It’s a large 4 1/2 apartment (950 sq. ft), perfect location (near Sherbrooke/Drummond intersection). It’s on the 10th floor of a well-maintained building managed by Akelius with a very responsive superintendent. It is bright, with lots of sunlight even in the winter, and quiet. I have been living here for 5 years and have really enjoyed it.

The bedroom is sunny and spacious. It is unfurnished.

The apartment has a balcony and is very spacious. Each room gets sunlight at different times of the day.

The lease starts on September 1 for one year. The rent is 991$/month per person. Kitchen appliances like fridge, stove, dishwasher included. Utilities included EXCEPT hydro and wifi (approx an additional $68 per person, but looking for cheaper alternative).

WHO YOU’LL BE LIVING WITH: Young female working professional who has a very friendly, small and quiet dog. She works three days a week from home and two days a week at the office. She is quiet and respectful.
