I am subletting my room for July and August 2016 for the price of $380 a month everything included (electricity, internet and heating). The apartment has 5 bedrooms (I have 4 female roommates who are very friendly and respectful), one kitchen, one living room and one bathroom and is situated on the 3rd floor. A laundry room is available in the building. My cozy room comes completely furnished with exception of the TV (see pictures)
The building is 5 minutes away (by foot) from Atwater metro, Alexis Nihon mall, supermarkets and bus terminals. 10 minutes away by foot from Concordia University. Student friendly area. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!

Je sous-loue ma chambre juillet et août 2016 pour 380 dollars par mois tout inclus (électricité, internet et chauffage). L'appartement contient 5 chambres (j'ai 4 colocataires filles gentilles et respectueuses ), une cuisine, une salle de bain et un salon, et est situé au 3ème étage. Une buanderie est accessible dans l'immeuble. Ma chambre est complètement meublée. L'immeuble est a 5 minutes a pieds du métro Atwater, du centre commercial Alexis Nihon, de supermarchés et de station de bus ainsi que 10 minutes a pieds de l'université Concordia.
