Room available in Hell's Kitchen starting from January 1st. Location 36th street and between 9th and 10th av.
You would share the apartment with 3 other young professionals (age between 21 and 25 year's old). The room is furnished with a queen size bed, desk, and a huge closet. The apartment has a furnished kitchen (microwave, fridge, oven, kettle, etc..), a shared bathroom and an access to the rooftop.
There is a laundry right down the building, a supermarket down the street and lots of subway lines around.
Rent is $1500 all included except for internet which is $17 a month.
Deposit is $1700.
