Looking for a roommate to fill an open room in my 3 bedroom East Harlem apartment on August 1st. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. One floor walk up. One block walk from 116th st. 6 train stop, 7 min walk from 125th st 456, and 10 min walk from 116th st. 123. Grocery store and laundromat within a block. Available bedroom is about 10 ft x 20 ft, shares a window with the terrace, and has ample closet space. Seeking a mellow, clean/respectful roommate to join myself and my current roommate, ideally for the long term. Great apartment for professionals working along the east of Manhattan or the Bronx looking to for a quiet neighborhood vibe. $845 a month, plus utilities which usually comes out to be around $900 all together (varies depending on electricity usage each month).
