27 year old woman looking for roommate for June 1st move in East Harlem

Hey guys! My name is Scarlet, I'm 27 and work in film and tv. I live in a three bedroom apartment in East Harlem with my roommate Enzo who is also 27 and works in software. Our roommate Elly is moving out on May 31st, so we're looking for someone to take her place.

We have a great apartment right next to the 116th st. stop on the 6 train. The 456 at 125th and the 2/3 at 116th are also less than ten min walk away. Our apartment is a one floor walk up with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. Laundromat and grocery store are both nearby. The room opening up is has a large closet, and shares a window with our quiet street.

We're looking for a clean, nice, reliable roommate. Rent is $900 a month, utilities included. Move in is first months rent + a security deposit equal to one months rent, so around $1800 total for the move in. You'd get the security deposit back upon move out. Ideally we're looking for someone who wants to stay until at least May 2019 (when we renew the main lease), but we're also open to people who just need a place for a few months.
