Bonjour, nous sommes deux étudiants de Polytechnique et cherchons un 3eme polytechnicien pour août prochain.
Notre 5 1/2 se situe au premier étage d'une maison Avenue Lacombe à 50m du métro Université de Montreal et à 200m de Poly. C'est un appart spacieux, salon agréable et chambre meublée avec une grande fenêtre.
Nous sommes deux personnes calmes, qui aimons partager notre expérience et discuter entre amis.
Cherchons un étudiant travailleur, ordonné et non fumeur.
Le loyer s'élève à 650$/mois (chauffage, eau et électricité inclus) + 20$ d'internet.
