Recherche coloc, superbe appart, grande chambre
Salut!
Je cherche un nouveau coloc pour juillet, pour prendre la chambre dans les photos ci-jointes. J'ai un bel appart, tout propre et en voie d'être terminé d'être décoré! Je cherche qqu d'agréable compagnie, homme ou femme, qui ne me fera pas de trouble :)
495$/mois tout inclus (loyer, hydro, tv full equip, internet illimité).
La chambre est au primer, tu peux la peinturer comme tu veux!
Elle n'est pas meublée, mais j'ai tout le nécessaire pour le reste de l'appart.
2 balcons, 1 avant et 1 arrière.
L'appart est à 5 min à pied du métro Langelier. Comme je suis étudiante à l'UQAM, j'y suis en 20 min. Très facilitant, pour les intéressés.
Métro, Épicerie, Jean Coutu, Banque, Restos, Walmart, Dollorama et plus encore à 3 minutes de marche.
